Kleistone Rubber Specialties company promotional piece. Extremely rare. Made of rubber. Measures 10” high 14” long 4” wide. Research has revealed that not many of these pieces have survived intact due to deterioration of the rubber. The Smithsonian institute communicated they have a few similar pieces but they are not on display and are kept in a temperature and humidity controlled environment. The left rear leg has been restored. The item is displayed in a custom made Plexiglas case with a wood base. Original green cloth collar. Item looks to be circa 1930’s. Kleistone tag is intact on bottom of piece.
